Each student will receive a 12x18” archival pigment print on Canson Infinity media of their own artwork which will be produced on the last day of the workshop by PrintMaker Studio, our in-house Canson Infinity Certified Print Lab.

Haris Hasimbegovic, founder of Chromalink, has been providing colour management advice, training, and lectures for over 25 years. He has worked with acclaimed artists and industry leaders, earning a trusted reputation for his expertise in colour management. Haris has transitioned from grappling with colour inconsistencies to mastering and teaching the art of colour calibration. As a recognized Colour Management Consultant – certified by X-Rite, Apple, and Xerox – Haris brings a wealth of knowledge and an approachable teaching style that makes colour management accessible to all.
John Goldsmith — printmaker-studio.com
John Goldsmith is an artist, fine art printer, and gallery director. He is the founder and fine art printer at PrintMaker Studio, a Canson Infinity Certified Print Lab. John specializes in fine art printing, custom framing, and finishing. As the creator and Director of Gallery 881, he has cultivated a deep understanding of contemporary lens-based art. As an artist, John’s photographs have been featured at exhibitions including the Capture Photography Festival (Vancouver), Format Festival (UK), Third Floor Gallery (Wales), and the Head On Photo Festival (Australia). His own artwork has been exhibited at museums and as public art and he has also printed for some of the most accomplished photographers including Ian Wallace, Greg Girard, Jessica Eaton, David Ellingsen, Aline Smithson, and many more through my involvement with the Capture Photography Festival. John has a Master's Degree in Physical Chemistry from Indiana University where he used light to investigate properties of matter. During this time, he began taking darkroom and photography classes at the Hull House in Chicago, IL and began to develop his own art practice. In 2013, he was an invited artist for the inaugural Capture Photography Festival and the 2016 award winner for a public art display on the Canada Line. In 2020, John opened PrintMaker Studio, a fine art printing and custom framing studio located in Vancouver, Canada. John is also the co-creator of SlideNight and 560 Gallery.
